How do I change my password?

You can change your password via the Genius App or Members Website.

The videos and step by step guides below show you how:

Change password via the Genius App:

  1. From the app home screen, click 'More' in in the bottom right hand corner
  2. Select 'My Profile' from the next screen that opens
  3. Click on 'Settings'
  4. Scroll down slightly and click 'Change password'

Change password via the Members Website:

  1. Log in to the Members Website.
  2. Hover over your name in the top right-hand side of the screen.
  3. Click on 'My Account' from the dropdown menu that appears.
  4. In the 'My Profile' section, scroll down, enter then repeat your new password in the boxes provided and click Change Password to confirm.
